A few days ago, we had a visit from 22 members of the Lüdenscheid-Lennetal Lions Club. The local connection to this Lions Club and the values with which it is synonymous are also important to KOSTAL: the willingness of every individual to work for the greater good, to help with the aim of creating a community and to convey friendship, humanity and tolerance at the same time.
Under the motto "KOSTAL Industrie Elektrik and KOSTAL Solar Electric- two remarkable villages?", our Head of Marketing, Markus Vetter, vividly explained the origins, focus and "Smart connections." brand claim of these two business divisions. Our visitors were then very enthusiastic to see with their own eyes where the PIKO inverters and INVEOR drive controllers are produced. Production managers Jürgen Temp and Uwe Schulz were on hand to explain things and answer questions.
This joint philosophy isn’t just theory but practised in real life too. Everyone involved enjoyed the valuable opportunity to share experiences and the most important connection of all: the human one.
